MSU Mobility's team is hosting a 90-minute virtual forum focused on “Accelerating the first/last mile for autonomous mobility” and Michigan’s position as the true leader in mobility.

This event will feature:

  • The latest MSU Mobility research, achievements and collaborations
  • A special message from Michigan Lt. Governor Garlin Gilchrist
  • Trevor Pawl, Chief Mobility Officer for the State of Michigan, giving an
    overview of Michigan’s recent mobility progress
  • Doug Gage, Ph.D., Interim Vice President for Research and Innovation, MSU, giving an overview of MSU Mobility R&D
  • A 45-minute panel discussion with industry mobility experts, including Jon Coleman, Ph.D, director of City Solutions at Ford Motor Co.; Paul Thomas, executive vice president for Bosch in North America; and David Gorsich, Ph.D., chief scientist of the U.S. Army Ground Vehicle Systems Center. MSU President Samuel Stanley, Jr. M.D., will moderate.
